When my family and I selected the Metropolitan for our recent vacation, we were pleasantly surprised by the family-friendly atmosphere. The newly renovated family room featured a lovely lounge and a full kitchen, allowing us to enjoy quality time together without the need for constant dining out. Its prime location in the heart of town made outings effortless. While there was no breakfast offered, we appreciated the bistro's outdoor area, where we delighted in quality meals and relaxed with a few drinks in the beer garden. Although the staff were friendly, I noted some gaps in product knowledge, particularly regarding the hotel's accommodations. Attending a nearby function, we found it more economical to stay overnight rather than sorting transport home. The room provided all the basics and was clean, making our experience comfortable. The environment was casual and welcoming, which made our family vacation both enjoyable and convenient. Ideal for families seeking a hassle-free getaway.
